Our experience ranges from Concept to Completion; oversight of any Design Project from initial Site Selection, Building Placement & Design, Budget Creation, Specifications, including Project Management and Construction Liaison. We feel every project should reflect its unique location, responding to the site's natural characteristics and man-made amenities, in order to create an exceptional lifestyle experience for the client. Working with Developers & Prospective clients to narrow site selection, conceptual design ideas presented for consideration at Bighorn Golf Club and for the City of Indian Wells are among the slide examples shown. Familar with most clubs' Design Review guidelines, similar studies have been done for other clients, developers and designers at Eldorado Country Club, as well as Mirada Highlands and The Reserve.
